Terms of Service

Last updated: June 22, 2026

1. Service

oauth-stefane9-mails, also referred to as the StefanE9 Email Dashboard, is a private web dashboard operated by Vision Bridge GmbH. The service allows authorized users to connect their own Google account through Google OAuth, view fetched Gmail messages, and download summaries or extracted information from those fetched emails.

2. Operator and contact

Operator: Vision Bridge GmbH
Application name: oauth-stefane9-mails / StefanE9 Email Dashboard
Contact: stefan@visionbridge.eu or dev@stefane9.pro.and dev@stefane9.pro

3. Eligibility and authorization

You may only connect Google accounts that you own or are explicitly authorized to use. By completing Google OAuth authorization, you allow the application to access the connected Gmail account for the dashboard functionality described in these Terms and in the Privacy Policy.

4. Actual dashboard functionality

The dashboard is used to:

5. Actions not available in the dashboard

The dashboard does not allow users to send emails, reply to emails, compose Gmail drafts, delete emails from the real Gmail mailbox, move Gmail emails to trash, spam, inbox, categories, or labels, or change Gmail settings.

The delete button in the dashboard deletes only the server-side copy stored by the application. It does not delete the original email from Gmail.

6. Google permissions

Google may display broad Gmail permissions during the OAuth consent process. The application uses Gmail access only for the limited dashboard functionality described here and in the Privacy Policy. In particular, fetched emails are only marked as read in Gmail; other mailbox-changing actions are not performed through the dashboard.

7. Post-OAuth dashboard credentials

After a successful OAuth authorization, temporary dashboard credentials may be generated and displayed to the user. These credentials are used to access the protected dashboard and related API endpoints. You are responsible for keeping these credentials confidential and for all activity performed through your dashboard access.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to access accounts without authorization, violate applicable laws, abuse Google APIs, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the service for unauthorized monitoring, scraping, surveillance, spam, phishing, impersonation, or data collection.

9. Data and privacy

The handling of Google user data and other personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that the application may access and process Gmail data from the Google account you authorize, as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Security

The service uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect user data, including HTTPS/TLS, backend token storage, encryption of token and credential files, API authentication, and HTTP security headers. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. OAuth revocation and deletion requests

You may revoke the application's Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. You may also request deletion of stored server-side email copies, generated summaries, OAuth tokens, generated dashboard credentials, and related metadata by contacting stefan@visionbridge.eu or dev@stefane9.pro.

12. Availability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Vision Bridge GmbH does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or preservation of all data.

13. Suspension or termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if the service is used unlawfully, abusively, or in a way that threatens security, privacy, legal compliance, Google API compliance, or service availability.

14. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means that you accept the updated Terms.
